With the addition of Berdon’s $110 million in revenue and more than 450 partners and associates, the combined firms anticipate annual revenues exceeding $600 million, handled by a team of more than 2,400 professionals. The acquisition will expand the firms’ capabilities in their shared core industries of real estate, construction, family office, and manufacturing and distribution while bolstering a deep roster of consulting and advisory services for their combined clients.
